I am Dr. Ram Mohan Singh, recipient of the UGC Research Award. One of my UGC projects proposes to design educational video content in Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed) curriculum for which I have engaged Twelve100Grams. It has been a great experience sharing ideas and expertise on development of the content that will help students get a clear understanding of the concepts. So, the team of Twelve100Grams is creating sports Video lessons on various topics based on NCTE guidelines for M.P.Ed students under my supervision. I was introduced to Ms. Tarana through a common friend for an educational project on a social media platform. We struck an instant connection as we both were quite passionate about what we did and what we could do. We both were very keen to motivate young minds on a range of career choices that they could choose according to their interests. I found this idea very interesting and much needed, because I have come across many youth who were forced on to a career option that was never their choice or interest. Further, the option to take up a course today is so numerous that a teenager who has just finished his or her twelfth grade is often confused about the path to choose. I thought the project lent much needed clarity in choosing a career path for millions of youth who were at such crossroads.
I found Ms. Tarana very enterprising and dedicated to the work ethics. She was always ready to push herself that extra bit to improve the work quality. The zeal and enthusiasm to cheer her team and get them all to work together was another aspect that I found in abundance in her. I need not emphasis more that she is an absolute TEAM leader and will stand by with the TEAM at all costs. That is indeed the true nature of LEADER. When she told me about the new venture ‘Twelve100Grams’, I could sense the new thrill in her. The power of her dreams coming true. It is just a matter of time that she takes 'Twelve100Grams' to new heights setting new ideas and thoughts on fire. I am already feeling her confidence and willingness to collaborate to do projects together to create and give shape to new ideas. In fact we have initiated a new project of developing student centric educational videos that will help better understanding of concepts. A team of experts are working on the ideas and I am sure it will be of great success. Together, Tarana and her dedicated team are pushing the bar of innovation and quality higher than ever. I absolutely cherish our relationship and have in fact gained more confidence to bring my ideas to reality just by working together with my amazing friend.
